Join the Team!

Boat O’Craigo is a second generation family-owned and run business. This year celebrates 20 wonderful years of growing and making our wide range of small batch estate wines which punch well above their weight on quality and price. Our cellar door is located on and overlooks our picturesque Healesville vineyard at the foot of the Black Spur Range and is bounded by the Graceburn Creek. Our cellar door prides itself on delivering a professional yet relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a great team of tight-knit staff sharing their knowledge and love of wine while delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality. This is why people come back time and time again.

The last three years in particular have seen the business and cellar door grow significantly. With major redevelopment having now commenced, for an 80-100 seat restaurant and events venue, we are now looking for a number of experienced, vibrant and outgoing humans to join our team.
