Ripe Pear – White nectarine – Textural
Vibrant straw in colour, with aromas of fresh lime, ripe pear and elderflower. The palate is has great length showing characteristics of white nectarine and tropical characters with a zesty, textural finish. Drink young , fresh and crisp or allow some unique and interesting characteristics to develop with bottle age.
Hand-picked, de-stemmed and pressed after short skin contact. Fermented on light lees for 14 day fermentation at roughly 20 degrees. Matured on lees for 4 months and bottled early to capture freshness.
