Gooseberry – Yuzu – Mineral
Grown on our Healesville vineyard, our Sauvignon Blanc is grown on three distinct blocks, with two different clones using a variety of spur and cane pruning techniques. We created this blend to highlight the lifted aromas typical of this variety. Fresh gooseberry and tropical notes are evident on the nose while the palate is rich with tropical star fruit and zesty with a crisp finish.
Hand-picked, de-stemmed, some skin contact prior to pressing. Fermented on light solids at 20 degrees to retain and accentuate aromatics. Bottled early to capture freshness. Drink young, fresh and crisp.
