Raspberry – Spice – Textural
Bright vibrant crimson in colour, this wine has a lifted bouquet of raspberry, blood orange, spice and green olive. The distinct raspberry flavours continue through the palate with chalky tannin and a fresh lively finish.
Hand-picked from the Kangaroo Ground vineyard and fermented spontaneously in open pots. The whole berry ferment was pumped over twice daily and when dry, left on skins for 20 days maceration. Pressed to seasoned French oak for 10 months maturation.
