This elegant Sparkling Méthode Traditionelle was hand crafted from selected clones of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our Healesville vineyard.
Méthode Traditionelle, the most premium Sparkling made outside of Champagne, is the term used to describe the method in which the wine was produced ie using the same method as the French make Champagne. For legal reasons any Sparkling wine made outside of the region are unable to use the term Champagne.
The wine displays elegance and finesse typical of cool climate sparkling. An alluring bouquet of brioche, fresh dough and citrus blossom give way to peach and fresh nectarine on the palate, amplified by an extended period on lees.
