Fresh lime – Ripe Pear – Elderflower
Vibrant straw in colour, with aromas of fresh lime, ripe pear and elderflower. The palate is has great length showing characteristics of white nectarine and tropical notes with a zesty, textural finish. Drink young, fresh and crisp or allow some unique and interesting characteristics to develop with bottle age.
Winemaking process: Hand-picked, destemmed and pressed after short skin contact. Fermented on light lees for 14 day fermentation, at roughly 20 degrees. Matured on lees for 4 months and bottled early to capture freshness. 20% of the blend barrel fermented in seasoned French oak.
