Strawberry – Blood orange – Creamy
Made from Grenache and Pinot Noir this Rosé is mouth-wateringly delicious with fresh strawberry, blood orange and raspberry flavours. It is the Grenache component, and the lees contact that create the generous creamy mouthfeel.
Hand-picked, destemmed and pressed after short skin contact. Fermented on light lees for 14 day fermentation at roughly 20 degrees. Matured on lees for 4 months and bottled early to capture freshness.
