Orange blossom – Musk – Rosewater

Light pale straw colour with a fresh bouquet of Meyer lemon, lychee, orange blossom and musk which are classic in this aromatic variety. The palate is lively with characters such as orange zest, lavender and rosewater. A crisp dry finish is unexpected due to the sweet aromas jumping from the glass.

Hand-picked, de-stemmed and pressed after short skin contact. Fermented on light lees for 14 day fermentation at roughly 20 degrees. Matured on lees for 4 months and bottled early to capture freshness.
