Strawberry – Blood Orange – Creamy
Made from Grenache and Pinot Noir this Rosé is mouth-wateringly delicious with fresh strawberry, blood orange and raspberry flavours. It is the Grenache component, and the lees contact that create the generous creamy mouthfeel.
Hand-picked, destemmed and pressed after short skin contact. Fermented on light lees for 14 day fermentation at roughly 20 degrees. Matured on lees for four months and bottled early to capture freshness.
