Lifted aromas of dark cherry, liquorice, spice and black olive arouse the senses, while the palate is bursting with rich red berries, plum and mocha flavours. A select parcel of fruit, hand picked and sorted from the Kangaroo Ground vineyard. Matured for 18 months in a selection of new (50%) and seasoned French oak. Barrel selected for limited release production.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIsolated from a single block on our Kangaroo Ground vineyard, the fruit for this wine was hand-picked and hand-sorted then whole berry fermented in open pots. The wine was pressed into and matured in carefully selected new and seasoned French oak barrels for 18 months. Barrel selected for limited release production.
