A now extinct volcano, this vineyard has rare black basalt soils and plenty of sunshine, making it a unique site for achieving extra ripeness and flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis pretty and delicate wine was made from a blend of three Gamay clones from vines now over 20 years old.
