Can I use my Wine Club member discount in cellar door?Â
We’d love you to! Yes, your Wine Club discount is applicable to all bottle purchases in our cellar door, both take away and eat in (or drink in!).Â
How do I update my details?Â
Login to your online portal and navigate to your dashboard, where you can update your address details, credit card information or postage address.
Will you remind me that my card is going to be charged?Â
Yes, we will email you two weeks before your order is dispatched, the perfect time to change your selection if you'd like to try something different as the seasons change.Â
Can I change my membership?Â
We ask that after joining our Wine Club, that you stick with us for 12 months before cancelling your membership. We're a small business and your support is very important to us. But you are welcome to upgrade at any time!

How much is postage?Â
This is the best part. Postage around Australia is 100% free on consignments for our Wine Club members.Â
If you'd like to place any additional online orders to top up your wine stores in between consignments, postage is free on orders of 12 bottles or more anywhere in Victoria, as well as metro Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Normal postage costs apply to all other areas.
Can I change the wines in my order from one delivery to the next?Â
Of course! You can change your wine selection at any time by logging into your online portal, and under your Wine Club information, click edit club details and change your wine order.
