2018 Braveheart Cabernet Sauvignon

2018 was a spectacular year in the Yarra Valley with almost perfect growing conditions. Our cool climate vineyard site in Kangaroo Ground is home to the rare black basalt soils responsible for producing this unique Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.This single vineyard Cabernet has a dark crimson colour, with a bouquet of blackberry, cherry, tobacco and cedar spice. Flavours of bramble, cherry and mocha on the palette are supportewd by fine, smooth tannins.This wine has been bottle aged prior to release to ensure maximum enjoyment.
