2024 Black Spur Field Blend

The fruit for this wine is a carefully selected melange of white grape varieties grown on our Healesville vineyard at the foothills of the Black Spur range. The final blend typically includes Gewurztraminer, Gruner Veltliner, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.The fruit was hand-picked and gently pressed with brief skin contact. The result is a sweet and pretty wine with flavours of tropical fruit, lychee, musk, orange blossom, apricot and citrus.
