2025 Black Spur Rosé

This is not your usual Rosé! This sophisticated wine is made from carefully selected estate grown Grenache from our Kangaroo Ground vineyard. It is the exclusive use of Grenache which gives it complexity and sets this Rosé apart from others.This fruit was hand-picked and sorted then whole bunch pressed with only brief skin contact. The result is a lively and refreshing wine with a pale salmon colour showing an abundance of strawberries and cream, blood orange, and floral characters with a hint of Turkish delight and a soft finish.
